Napapansin ko lately pag na ddc ako
Eh matagal or halos di bumabalik ung ilaw na orange (PPoE/Act)
Modem : Zyxel Prestiege 600 series
Minsan kung hinde ko ihampas sa wall ung modem, unplug , on and off ung modem halos di bumabalik. Badtrip eh dati dc lang ngayon eto.
Eh ayaw ko naman mag pa palit pa ng modem kasi isang month nalang tapos na kontrata ko sa PLDC. Inapakan ko nga modem ko ayaw parin eh.
Ano tingen niyo guys? Nangyari narin ba sa inyo to?

Sa mga modem naminkung nagkakaganyan tinatawag namin agad sa provider, at di kami nagkakaganyan...halos warakainmo na yung modem mo...kawawa naman yang modem mo, kung nagsasalita lamang yan ang sababihin sayo malamang nyan ay: "OUCH!"

yung paghampas ng modem is such a man-solution. hahahaha.. i mean, napakaprimitive siya, pero most of the time it works! Smile)

Ok nga yun e, talagang warak na warak yung modem niya...papuntahin niya yung line man sabihin niya yung problema niya sa ADSL nya....at pakita niya yung modem niya, sabihin niya na "Sorry ha, kasi yung modem niyoyung may kasalanan, di marunong makisama, di marunong magbigay-----ng bandwidth".....hehehe! Tpos hampas niya pasa face ng lineman....ok yun...ganun pala siya mainis...talagang BRUTAL! hehehe...kawawang modem....nahampas na, winarak pa!

the same thing is happening to me. connect then disconnect sya. and i know the feeling na gusto mo na ibato ang modem dahil lahat ng troubleshooting tips mo ginawa mo na. swerte nalang ako kapag umabot ng 5 minutes na connected. i have PLDT DSL Plan myProfessional (Excel na ata ngayon but this is 1.5mbps lang)

called PLDT 172 Thursday last week - as usual... eto

turn off then unplug the modem
turn on after 1 minute
didnt work, iwan raw modem na turned on for remote testing

I called Friday again to ff-up.

Techsupport - called Saturday afternoon, nireremote test raw nya yung modem, the problem is not with them raw baka raw sa wiring, techsupport said that a technician will come over.

Sun-Mon walang call or technician na dumating.Kinulit ko na ang 172 at ang masasabi lang nila is may darating na technician ewan lang raw kung kelan! Mad So... nagrewire na kami ng cables, bumili ng bago at inayos lahat. Wala pa rin disconnect pa rin ng disconnect. Feeling ko talga yung modem na ang may sala.

Tuesday- no calls received or technician arrived. Tumawag ako ulet sa 172. Same na naman sinabe. May darating raw technician... i asked when... di pa rin masabi basta raw nagforward na.

Wednesday -ngayon im posting this. still pissed with PLDT's service. sabi sakin nung agent sa 172 may darating raw... pagputi ata ng uwak...
I told the CSR I wouldn't be bombarding them will calls if they fixed my problem. Then there they go again saying that there is no problem on their end and the technician will check our cables and the modem.

I feel that the culprit is the modem, today I am borrowing the DSL modem of my cousin, kapag nadidisconnect pa rin I bet hinde na modem ang prob. Crappy service talaga...

Sa Globe, walang port na free sa area namin. Ang meron naman is Eastern and Zpdee... papatulan ko na tong mga to at papadisconnect yung PLDT DSL kapag di pa nila ayusin.
