Configure mo siya to match the modem settings of the Zyxel:

VPI/VCI: 0/100 (or 0/35)
MTU: 1492
ADSL2+ modulation (or G.DMT)
DHCP ENET ENCAP

@pektong,

Typically, naka-set to 1500 yung MTU ng equipment like routers and modems, pero that does not mean it is the optimal setting. Kung masyado kasi malaki MTU mo, maaari ka rin magkaroon ng problems like increased lag/latency under certain circumstances.

For example, kung ISP ko is gumagamit ng MTU=1450 sa network nila, at yung network ko is gumamit ng MTU=1500, then hindi magiging smooth ang communication namin since may butal na 50 bytes palagi, per transmission. That 50 bytes adds up during normal data communications, which has a cumulative effect on the connection performance.

See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maximum_transmission_unit

@Geofrey,

I don't have the manual on your modem-router, pero you essentially get into it's web config page and do the settings by hand. Try consulting the manual of your equipment first...
